We are one of the largest manufacturer and re-conditioners of pallets in the North of England. We currently have two automated production lines capable of manufacturing over 4000 pallets per week.
We are capable of designing pallets to your specific product needs. We can supply short run (less than 100) or long run pallet deliveries, competitively in a just in time basis up to 5000 per week.
We are dealers of reconditioned pallets which provide a cost effective alternative to new pallets, these are available in a variety of sizes.
We can supply several hundred different styles of packing cases that can be produced from softwood timber, plywood and MDF or a combination of these. We can manufacture cases to your own personal specification and have an in-house design and development team to solve any of your timber packaging needs. We also provide a free stencil cutting service and stencil your cases with any marking that you may require. PEC crates can also be lined with different moisture/water-resistant fabrics and we can manufacture barrier foils bags to give an extra level of protection to your products. All of our cases can be supplied heat treated for global export and we are fully approved & certified by the forestry commission.
We can literally manufacture packing cases from the size of a shoe box up to the size of a house previous projects include steel bridges, aircraft, cars & boats. This coupled with our export and packing expertise offers a full service for bespoke projects being able to box, pack and ship parts globally.
